LankaAgro provides agricultural investment opportunities and farm visit experiences. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
Monthly investment payments made through the website are final and non-refundable.
Funds are directly used for cultivation projects and farm development. Therefore, once processed, investment payments cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Visitors may book farm visits through the website.
Customers may cancel their reservation at least seven (7) days before the visit date.
Eligible customers may:
request a refund, or
reschedule to another available date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the visit are not refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed once depending on availability.
Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Approved refunds will be issued after twenty-one (21) days from the booking date to the original payment method.
If LankaAgro cancels a visit due to weather or operational reasons, customers may choose a full refund or a new date.
