Foresight Engineering is dedicated to promoting the economic, social, and physical development of our country while empowering local communities. As a responsible corporate citizen, we prioritize making solar energy accessible to all Sri Lankans and integrate various CSR programs into our construction projects, including personal development initiatives for our staff and their families.
Our welfare initiatives demonstrate our commitment to the well-being of our employees. In response to the initial curfew period during the COVID-19 pandemic, we established a dedicated help desk in collaboration with Ninewells Management. This help desk provided essential food items, medical supplies, and cash support to our staff members and their families.
To ensure the health and safety of our workforce, we formed a health and safety committee and organized a workshop in collaboration with Ninewells Hospital. The workshop focused on educating our staff about COVID-19 precautions, and all participants received sanitizers, masks, and vitamins. We also extended our support to the children of our support staff by distributing books and stationery and constructed two houses for their benefit.
